A 17-storey higher-education building on Stratford's East Bank that consolidates six previously separate London College of Fashion sites into one vertical campus for around 5,000 students across more than 40,000 sqm. Conceived as a 21st-century factory, it has a gridded concrete structure and warehouse-style windows. A connected sequence of open spaces called The Heart runs through all levels as a vertical courtyard.
