Ten pale-brick housing blocks providing 264 homes for university staff in the new Eddington district of North West Cambridge. The scheme is served by a district heating network and a non-potable water system fed by harvested rainwater and bioswales, designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5. It was shortlisted for the 2021 RIBA Stirling Prize.
