A 26-storey, ~270 ft residential tower with 352 apartments for student and faculty housing on Cornell Tech's Roosevelt Island campus, one of the tallest Passive House certified residential buildings at completion. Buro Happold delivered the MEP and Passive House strategy. Recognised at the 2021 CIBSE Building Performance Awards (Project of the Year, Public Use).
