A GBP 200m, 269,000 sq ft research building bringing together Oxford's Departments of Biology and Experimental Psychology and the Ineos Oxford Institute for antimicrobial research. Designed to Passivhaus principles, it targets around a 55% reduction in energy use against Building Regulations Part L and an EPC A rating. It carries BREEAM Excellent and aims for net-zero carbon in operation by 2030.
