A refurbishment and extension of Denys Lasdun's Grade II-listed 1983 former IBM building beside the National Theatre on London's South Bank. The scheme retains over 80% of the existing structure and adds around 11,000 sqm of office space, partly informed by Lasdun's original drawings for a larger building. It targets BREEAM Outstanding and a NABERS Design for Performance 5-star rating.
