A 15,000 sq ft net-zero office retrofit in a Mayfair conservation-area mews, combining three historic mews buildings behind retained facades into one workspace. A lightweight cross-laminated timber rooftop extension on glulam frames adds floor area and a roof terrace while meeting fire performance. The project reached EPC A and used natural, locally sourced materials including clay tiles, brick fired within 40 miles and European oak.
