A facilities-management-led operational energy programme at the 20 Fenchurch Street office tower in the City of London. In 2023 gas use fell 10.6%, electricity 5.3% and water 21.8% despite occupancy rising by a third, through recommissioning, controls optimisation and occupant engagement. A 'Go Dark' lighting initiative and an anonymous tenant energy-ranking tool supported the savings. Won the 2025 CIBSE Facilities Management award.
