A derelict 19th-century Dorset dairy farm converted into five fully accessible holiday homes plus community and educational space, run as a not-for-profit. Single-level dwellings and a graded landscape provide wheelchair access without obvious ramps or handrails. It was shortlisted for the 2024 RIBA Stirling Prize.
