A five-storey 1930s former telephone exchange retrofitted into a low-energy office and sustainability hub. The project achieved EnerPHit Classic, WELL Gold and BREEAM Outstanding certifications. Measured energy use intensity is 52 kWh/m2 per year, close to LETI/RIBA 2030 new-build office targets.
