Melbourne's tallest timber office building at 15 storeys uses a hybrid podium of concrete and steel supporting ten upper floors of glue-laminated columns and beams with CLT floor plates, sourced entirely from Australian sustainable hardwood. The project achieves 34% less embodied carbon than an equivalent concrete structure and holds 6-Star Green Star and 5.5-Star NABERS ratings.
