A deep retrofit and extension of the Grade II-listed 1968 brutalist Space House in Covent Garden, comprising a cylindrical tower and a rectilinear block, delivering around 255,000 sq ft of workspace, retail and events space. Around 90% of the original structure was retained, saving an estimated 10,000 tonnes of carbon. It is the largest listed UK building to achieve BREEAM Outstanding.
