A 42-storey vertical hospital campus designed around a sky-garden care model, stacking acute wards, step-down care, and outpatient services with naturally ventilated sky gardens on every third floor. Design targets Green Mark Platinum and uses prefabricated bathroom pods and structural elements to reduce site labour by 40%.
