Forty-six floating homes on the Johan van Hasseltkanaal forming Europe's most sustainable floating neighbourhood, using a shared DC microgrid, heat pump cluster drawing from canal water, and collectively managed solar generation and battery storage. Residents own and operate the energy infrastructure as a cooperative.
