A 49-storey, 206-metre tower that retained 68% of the 1970s AMP Centre's existing structure and 98% of its original core walls, saving approximately 12,000 tonnes of embodied carbon versus demolition and rebuild. It is regarded as the world's first large-scale 'upcycled' skyscraper and won the World Building of the Year award in 2022.
