Three interlocking rock-like volumes anchored to a steep hillside in Santo Domingo, one of Medellín's most marginalised comunas. The building is engineered as a retaining and civic anchor structure simultaneously, its geometry derived from hillside load paths, and it served as the catalyst for the surrounding urban upgrade programme.
