The second phase of regenerating Park Hill, a Grade II*-listed 1960s brutalist estate and one of Europe's largest listed structures. Mikhail Riches retained the original reinforced-concrete frame and brickwork, upgrading thermal performance and reworking 195 flats plus commercial space. It was shortlisted for the 2024 RIBA Stirling Prize.
