Completed · Mixed Use · Conservation-Led Mixed-Use Quarter · Temperate · 2024

A roughly 347,000 sq ft mixed-use redevelopment in the Elder Street Conservation Area of Spitalfields, delivering office space, 13 retail units and 40 apartments after a contentious planning battle. The masterplan takes a building-by-building approach, restoring and extending historic fabric and inserting new buildings by several architects. Two new areas of public space and a new pedestrian route knit the quarter together.
