A 28-hectare multi-venue sports campus on the former Kai Tak runway, with a 50,000-seat stadium whose retractable ETFE roof is engineered to withstand Category 10 typhoons — a design load rarely addressed at stadium scale. The campus uses an underground automated people mover linking venues to the MTR without surface vehicle crossings.
