Conversion of the former Talleres Ferroviarios de Medellín industrial site into a mixed-use creative district. The project repurposed 50 ha of contaminated brownfield land adjacent to the Medellín River using a phased decontamination strategy and preserved key industrial structures as civic cultural anchors.
