A full deep-retrofit of a 1960s concrete tower to achieve LEED Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding simultaneously, replacing the entire facade with a high-performance double-skin system while keeping the original concrete frame and retaining the tower in service during phased construction. One of the most demanding concurrent dual-certification retrofits in Southern Europe.
