A Welsh Government-funded social housing development of 14 homes aiming to be Wales' first energy-positive social housing, generating more energy than the homes consume. The design is based on Cardiff University's Solcer House concept and uses PV roofs, air source heat pumps and battery storage. The homes have exported over 34,000 kWh to the grid and residents pay bills of around £25 a month.
