A 40-storey, 183-metre tower adjacent to Sydney's Central Station organised as seven stacked four-storey timber 'habitat' modules separated by concrete-steel megaframes. When complete it will be the world's tallest hybrid timber building, targeting 50% reduction in upfront embodied carbon against a conventional concrete equivalent.
