A large cubic corporate headquarters in Seoul with a central void and three elevated sky gardens cut into the volume. Arup's services strategy uses the courtyards and atria to bring daylight and natural ventilation deep into the plan. Recognised as 2021 CIBSE Project of the Year (Commercial/Industrial).
