The operational dependencies are material: the system requires level concrete pads, substantial site power, and crane access for gantry installation, and it transfers maintenance and downtime risk from a subcontractor to the owner. Geometric constraints are real too — extrusion logic limits complex curves, embedded voids, and bespoke features. This is one of the better-evidenced construction robotics plays given ICON's prior deployment history, but Titan specifically should be treated as a first-generation commercial product pending field evidence from builder-operated projects, not a proven commodity procurement option.

No Titan unit in customer hands. Delivery timeline (early 2027) is forward-looking. Training and support model untested. System availability, job-site logistics, and labor-model impact on actual builder ROI remain speculative.
