MeSpace pods are enclosed, personalized workstations that combine active HVAC, lighting, acoustics, and privacy controls with real-time EEG biometric feedback (Neurable Enten headset). The system measures attention, calmness, and processing speed via a proprietary Cognitive Performance Index, allowing occupants to optimize microenvironment settings. It addresses open-office cognitive load and distraction by giving neurodiverse and high-focus workers isolated, tuneable refuge with quantified neurocognitive feedback.

The announced multi-university RCT has no registered protocol or published results, and the data privacy question is the most substantive unresolved risk: continuous EEG plus environmental telemetry in a workplace setting creates GDPR and biometric-law exposure that is not addressed by any disclosed consent or governance framework. A specifier evaluating this for a neurodiverse-inclusive fit-out should place it in a monitored pilot rather than a design standard until independent RCT data and a transparent data governance model are both published.
