EcoDuct replaces assembled galvanised steel duct, separate insulation wrap, and metal hangers with a pre-insulated composite duct in standard profiles (circular, flat oval, rectangular). It addresses embodied carbon intensity in HVAC systems—a growing concern in retrofit and new-build compliance. The non-metallic composite integrates thermal performance at manufacture, reducing on-site labour and material waste.
