The use case in retail logistics is proven at named-account scale (Walmart, Royal Mail), which confirms the platform works in structured, RF-dense environments. The AEC proposition is potential, not evidence — no documented construction or facilities management deployments exist, and the fundamental dependency is one that AEC environments do not reliably provide: dense ambient RF coverage. Indoor construction sites and plant rooms are exactly the dead-zone environments where BLE density is sparse, read rates become non-deterministic, and a sensor that cannot guarantee when it last updated is a liability rather than an asset for quality-control or compliance use cases.
